1. The service
flltopalmbeach.com is operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“we”, “us”). We arrange private ground transportation between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Palm Beach County, and surrounding South Florida locations. By booking through this site or by phone, you accept these terms.
2. Quotes and fares
Fares are quoted before booking and are fixed for the itinerary quoted: vehicle class, pickup, drop-off, stops, date, and time. Quoted fares include highway tolls, airport fees and parking, standard waiting time, flight tracking, and meet and greet on airport pickups. Changes to the itinerary may change the fare; any change is communicated before it is applied.
3. Waiting time
Airport pickups include 30 minutes of waiting on domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on international arrivals, measured from actual landing time. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is billable at the rate shown at booking. If you anticipate a delay, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate it.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in part or in full depending on vehicle class and season. Date and time changes requested before the cancellation window are accommodated without charge, subject to availability. No-shows are charged in full; a pickup is not a no-show while included waiting time is still running.
5. Passengers and luggage
Stated passenger and luggage capacities are safety limits, not suggestions. If your party or luggage exceeds the booked vehicle’s capacity, we may substitute a larger vehicle at the applicable fare or decline the additional load. Florida law requires appropriate child restraints for children five and under; child seats must be requested at booking.
6. Conduct
We maintain clean, smoke-free vehicles. Chauffeurs may refuse or terminate a trip, without refund, where passenger conduct endangers safety or where the law requires. Damage to a vehicle beyond ordinary wear is billable to the booking party.
7. Delays outside our control
We plan routes with live traffic data and significant buffers, but we cannot guarantee outcomes affected by events outside our control, including extreme weather, road closures, or airline schedule changes. Our liability for delay is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor at the time of booking. Receipts are issued by email. Gratuities are discretionary and may be added at booking or given directly to the chauffeur.
9. Liability
Transportation is provided by licensed, insured operators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
